§2 Scope of Data Collected
1. Personal data processed by the Controller includes, in particular: name, surname, job position, contact details (phone, e-mail), company details (name, address, VAT number, REGON, KRS), and information necessary to execute an order and handle complaints.
2. Data is not subject to profiling or automated decision-making.
§3 Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
1. Data is processed for the purposes of:
(a) fulfilling orders and services (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
(b) issuing invoices and tax settlements (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
(c) business contact and complaint handling (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2. Data may also be processed for the purpose of defending against legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
§4 Data Recipients
1. Data may be shared with:
(a) courier and transport companies,
(b) accounting offices,
(c) IT system providers,
(d) tax and administrative authorities, as required by law.
2. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
§5 Data Retention Period
1. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to perform the contract, and thereafter for the period required by tax and accounting regulations (at least 5 years).
2. Data relating to complaints is stored for 3 years from the date of resolution.

§8 Final Provisions
1. This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date of its publication on www.zentura.eu.
2. The Controller reserves the right to amend this Policy in the event of changes to applicable law or the introduction of new services.
